Preparation For Your Lash Appointment
Arrive to your first Appointment 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time so that you can fill out our Client paperwork and discuss your needs with your Lash Artist.
To maximize your time arrive with clean eyes free of all makeup including mascara, liner and eye shadow.
Clean lashes gently, but thoroughly, before you arrive to remove any residual oils, creams or mascara.
Do not wear contacts to your lash application.
Lash Tinting or Perming should be done 48 hours prior to your lash extensions.

Booking & Cancellation Policies
A Credit Card and $50 Deposit is required for ALL new clients and will be processed at the time of scheduling to hold your appointment. No exceptions.
Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to your service without penalty.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours of your scheduled Service will be charged the full $50 deposit.
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, you will forfeit your time and another appointment will need to be scheduled.
